What to check before asking for help

These quick checks keep support clear during beta and help separate product bugs from market-data delays, missing permissions, and unfinished payment features.

Login or account access

Use Signup for new access. Admin approval is required while the platform is in testing.

Live Room or signal feed issue

Check Supabase status, active signal count, and whether the bot is writing signals during market hours.

Delayed data or broker data

Some broker or paper feeds can be delayed. Validate data source timing before live use.

Archive, stats, or AI review issue

Confirm signals are archived with final outcomes so analytics do not treat pending trades as finished.

Billing or subscription issue

Payments are not active yet. Stripe checkout and subscription sync still need to be connected.

Broker execution question

Broker automation should remain paper-only until order routing, fill sync, and safety locks are proven.
